At Agafam Ltd, we go beyond crop protection product distribution—we build partnerships that drive real impact. Our collaboration spans not only agro-input dealers but also farmer groups and cooperatives. Together, we conduct hands-on training sessions and field demonstrations, showcasing high-performing and trending agricultural inputs. This joint effort boosts product knowledge and ultimately increases sales for our agro-dealer partners while creating stronger, more sustainable in put distribution networks.
Earlier this month, our team joined forces with Crystal Crop Protection Ltd in Lira to meet with maize-growing cooperatives in preparation for the 2025B planting season. The discussions focused on selecting the right maize varieties—such as DK and Tembo Maize distributed by Agafam Ltd in Northern Uganda—for maximum economic return. We also emphasized the importance of using fertilizers like NPK, DAP, Urea, and Foliar solutions from Agafam Ltd to improve yield performance.
Interestingly, many of these cooperatives are already using the NoMate fruit fly traps from Agafam in their watermelon and orange orchards, demonstrating a growing awareness and adoption of integrated pest management practices.
The feedback we received from the farmers was invaluable. It not only confirmed the effectiveness of the products we distribute but also gave us insights into how farmers are adapting their practices to current agricultural challenges.
For our agro-dealer partners in the region, this is exciting news. The demand is clear, and we’re on track to achieve strong results this season. With farmers engaged and informed, and product adoption already in motion, Agafam Ltd is ready to help you hit your targets and grow your business.
